Return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in original packaging with all accessories.
- Hygiene seals, where applied, must be intact.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Hygiene restrictions
Because this is a wearable facial device, opened or used items cannot be resold and are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is caused by an error on our side or a product defect.
Refund timing
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before dispatch, by contacting our support team.
